General Informations & Typical Applications
- Mn-Cr alloyed fully austenitic weld metal provides high plasticity and acts as a plastic buffer layer prior to hard overlay
- Work hardening up to 500 HB
- The deposit resists high shrinkage stresses and impact loadings
- Suitable for buildups of high Manganese (Mn) steels
- Mill shafts, clutches, crane wheels, earthmoving undercarriage parts
- Gear wheels, crusher, rails and crossovers, buffer layers
- Edge mills and runners, reconditioning of crusher jaws and cones
