General Informations & Typical Applications
- C, Cr, Mo, Nb, W, V alloyed weld metal provides extremely high stress grinding abrasion with low impact and solid erosion resistance up to 750°C
- The deposit will readily show stress relief cracks
- It is used for hardfacing to extremely strong abrasive mineral wear
- This wire is recommended for use in sintering plants, augers and blast furnace bells
- Sinter finger crushers, mixer blades, exhaust fan blades
- Crushing and screening plants, bucket teeth and lips
